Run Types

 

  • Social Runs (🏃‍➡️yellow markers): A relaxed group run focused on conversation, not pace. 

  • Interval Training (🏃‍➡️orange markers): A workout where you alternate between intense bursts of running and periods of recovery to improve your speed.

  • Hill Reps (🏃‍➡️green markers): A workout that builds strength and power.
