Run Types

Social Runs (🏃➡️yellow markers): A relaxed group run focused on conversation, not pace.

Interval Training (🏃➡️orange markers): A workout where you alternate between intense bursts of running and periods of recovery to improve your speed.

Hill Reps (🏃➡️green markers): A workout that builds strength and power.
